Palm Sunday of the Passion of the Lord, Year A

As we enter Holy Week, the Gospel of Palm Sunday brings together two powerful moments in the life of Jesus. We begin with His joyful entry into Jerusalem, where He is welcomed with praise and hope. Yet this celebration quickly gives way to the story of His Passion, where we witness betrayal, suffering, and the cross. This Gospel invites us to hold both of these moments together and to reflect on what it truly means to follow Jesus. Today we are invited not only to welcome Christ with joy, but to walk with Him through the challenges of the journey, trusting in the love that carries Him all the way to the cross.
