Fifth Sunday of Lent, Year A

As we continue our Lenten journey, the Gospel tells the powerful story of Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead. In this moment we see both the deep compassion of Christ and His power to bring life where there seems to be none. Jesus shares in the grief of Mary and Martha, reminding us that God is close to us in our sorrow. Yet the story also reveals a message of hope, as Jesus calls Lazarus out of the tomb and into new life. Today we are invited to reflect on how Christ meets us in our struggles and how His presence brings hope, healing, and new beginnings.
